Shipping Policy

PawDeck ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost
- Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
- Standard shipping: 10–20 business days after processing.
- A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
- Please note: Delivery may take longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages after they've been handed to the carrier. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us at rayyoungkevin@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Duties & Taxes
- All applicable import duties and taxes are covered by PawDeck. There are no additional fees due on delivery.
